Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Sino-Korean Cultural Interactions in the School of Modern Languages and Cultures (Korean Studies), from September 1, 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter, for a period of three years.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in hand by the time of appointment in Korean Studies disciplines. The successful candidate should also possess native or near-native fluency in both Korean and English with research interests in Sino-Korea cultural interactions, broadly defined. Applicants with knowledge of the digital humanities would be viewed especially favorably. The candidate will have opportunity to offer one course per year in the School’s growing interdisciplinary Korean Studies Programme.
