The second essayÂ is about Korean missionaries’ developmental workÂ in East Africa (Uganda and Tanzania), drawing from previous research and thinking through the spatio-temporality of development experience.Â It began as part of my PhD research and earlier versions were presented at several conferences and workshops including the Territories of PovertyÂ workshop at UCÂ Berkeley in 2012.
